Bienvenue à Smith Street, and thank you for your interest in our community! Our admissions process is personalized, and we offer multiple ways for you to visit our campuses, to meet our incredible faculty, and to get a sense of what school life would be like for your child.
We admit families using a written application and play-based visits with prospective students, following the timelines established by the Independent Schools Admissions Association of Greater New York (ISAAGNY) for regular-cycle admissions. For classes with open seats, we offer rolling admissions, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you missed the deadlines!
Our goal in admissions decisions is to find a balance in classes by age, gender, and native language. Priority for admissions is also given to returning students and siblings of current students.
